Ramenfest is back for its 5th year! A far cry from what was once known as a cheap, college student pantry staple, ramen has taken the states by storm with new, authentic shops popping up all around the country. On Sunday, February 17th, Chef Bill Kim of urbanbelly will be inviting chefs from around the city to prepare their culinary interpretations of this classic dish. 20+ prominent chefs from around Chicago and the US will try their hand at ramen, and you'll have the chance to taste them ALL and vote for your favorite! Not to mention, Won Kim from Kimski will be our DJ for the evening... Join us for a day filled with: ramen, booze, music & more!

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Inspiration Kitchens, a non-profit organization that helps people who are affected by homelessness and poverty to improve their lives and increase self-sufficiency through the provision of social services, employment training and placement, and housing.
